About me

I’m a strategic facilitator, writer, and creator of Moving Pen.


My work sits at the intersection of strategy, identity, and organisational development. 


My approach is shaped by almost three decades of working with words, people, and organisations as a journalist, political speechwriter for the Danish government, brand strategist, and facilitator.


I am a firm believer in Collabortive Intelligence, and at the heart of my work is a simple principle: Attention before Thinking before Strategy.


I was born and raised in Denmark and work from a base in Copenhagen.
